INDEPENDANT EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
I support agencies, brands and institutions in the design and executive production of complex event projects.
since 1991
Missions
I support agencies, brands and institutions in the design and executive production of demanding event projects.
As an executive producer, I ensure project feasibility, structure the production process, coordinate teams and disciplines, and maintain coherence between ambition, resources and timelines, guiding each project through to its successful completion.
To achieve this, I lead and oversee the deployment of all human, technical, logistical and financial resources required for the event, both in the preparation phase and on site, ensuring full compliance with the defined project framework (budget, schedule, scenographic direction, etc.).
I am responsible for the selection, contracting, supervision and coordination of all suppliers, particularly technical providers involved in the delivery of the project. In practical terms, I establish production schedules, monitor and report on budget developments, and anticipate, assess and resolve any technical, scenographic, logistical or organisational challenges.
I also ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory and administrative requirements.
Background
With a background in film studies and a Master’s degree in communication, I began my career in the field of image production, working across a wide range of roles including director, video journalist, screenwriter, camera operator and editor for television and corporate productions.
These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the diversity of skills involved, as well as the level of precision and commitment required in each discipline.
Naturally drawn to a role at the intersection of all these professions, I progressively moved towards production management and executive production, before transitioning into the event industry, where I have been active ever since — occasionally also working in the live performance sector.
Between 1996 and 2006, I spent ten years within a leading Paris-based agency.
Drawing on a broad knowledge of communication and production disciplines, I now support clients with the same level of commitment and determination, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale event, cultural and audiovisual projects.
What I value most in my work
The sum of skills it brings together, the human qualities it reveals, the level of commitment it demands, the opportunities it offers, the encounters it creates, the enjoyment it brings, the satisfaction it generates, the memories it leaves behind, and the realities it helps bring into existence
And also the dedication of most of the people I meet along the way.
If I were to change career
I would divide my time between three paths: working part-time in publishing or tourism, part-time in the world of sport, and part-time with those closest to me.
The best advice, in my view
Unlike promises, which only bind those who receive them, advice truly binds those who give it.
What truly inspires me
The common good, human beings, and above all, solitude.
If I had to describe myself
I would say I tend to benefit from being known
What I truly value
Integrity, respect and kindness. As well as sport, the mountains and literature.
What I dislike
Dishonesty in all its forms, disrespect in all its forms, and malice in all its forms — in other words, an endless list.
What I am often criticised for
Making use of my right to disconnect.
